Court Rebukes IRS For Targeting Tea Party & Conservative Non-Profits

It's about time the courts have shined a light upon the corruption of the IRS and how it has targeted Tea Party and Conservative non-profit groups. Also highlighted in the Washington Times article below is the fact that the Justice Dept. defended the IRS. Who controls the JD?
