Rand Paul's Take On The R/R OCare

Here's a link to Rand Paul's take on the current R/R OCare bill. Doesn't look like a darn thing's gonna change. Hope it doesn't pass unless it includes Ted Cruz's amendment where WTP are allowed to buy insurance privately, free market style in addition to those who prefer OCare as it now stands.
